Why do we face problems and die?
Ever been to a hospital? Of course you have. We all know the suffering that every ailing person and their family members go through. A land where people are often found weeping, where many struggle to find enough food, and where natural calamities can suddenly take countless lives is surely not a place worth living in!
Yet every human heart longs for a life without illness, old age, sorrow, or death. We dream of lasting peace and happiness. But no matter how powerful or wealthy someone becomes, problems still arise, and death eventually takes everything away.
This world is actually not our true home. It is a temporary realm where souls are trapped in the cycle of karma, suffering, and death. Kabir Sahib described it as a cage in which living beings are entangled in the nets of sin and virtue.
But then: Why do we naturally desire eternal happiness if it does not exist here?
Because our souls once belonged to a realm of eternal peace called Satlok. In chasing temporary desires, we came into this world—and forgot the path back.

What DO We Achieve After True Worship?
Rules of True Worship
Dowry Prohibited
Dowry is a social evil that causes suffering, injustice, and unrest in society. Therefore, a disciple must neither demand nor accept dowry, nor give it in marriage. When parents give their own daughter in marriage—the core of their heart—nothing more is to be expected or demanded from them.
Untouchability Prohibited
All human beings are children of the same God. Just as God does not discriminate between people based on gender, caste, or creed, we too must treat everyone with equal respect and dignity. Discrimination and prejudice go against the spirit of humanity and divine teachings.
Unnecessary Charity Prohibited
Charity in the form of money, unstitched clothes, or other items is prohibited. If someone asks for help, you may offer food or a drink such as tea, milk, lassi, or water or old blankets/stitched clothes but don't give money or other materials, as they may be misused.
Adultery Prohibited
One should look upon other woman with the respect of a mother, daughter, or sister. Maintaining purity of character and respectful conduct is essential. Adultery is a grave sin that leads to moral and spiritual downfall.
Pilgrimages Prohibited
Fasting, pilgrimages, ritual bathing in sacred rivers like the Ganga, and visiting temples or religious places with the belief that God resides there are prohibited. God is not confined to a temple like an object kept by a priest; He is omnipresent, present in every particle.
Egg, Meat, and Intoxicants Prohibited
We must abstain from consuming intoxicants—such as alcohol, tobacco (hukkah, beedi, cigarettes), gutkha, snuff, sulfa, opium, cannabis—and non-vegetarian items like meat and eggs. We must also not bring, offer, or provide these substances to anyone else.
